Jovica Vacic

Jovica was born on October 27, 1951 in Poljska Rzana, near Pirot. In 1976 he graduated from the Department of Thermodynamics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He specialized in air conditioning at Nichel in Germany and automation at Sauter in Switzerland.

His designs and manages heating systems, at the Belgrade Power Plants (Beogradske Elektrane).
