At 200 km/h it became a little shakey.

Realistically, there is no use for a speed indicator outside of the locomotive, other than to show off. But I do understand the German fascination with speed (which comes from a well-engineered machine) as much as American fascination with speed (as a display of raw power) or Japanese fascination with ever-improving on a machine until near perfection is achieved.
