Vukan Stojanovic was born on September 1, 1973 in Belgrade, where he still lives and works. Vukan produces as Wolfgang S since 1994, and his first demos were broadcasted on YU Radio (100.4 FM) in November that year. His track Crna Rupa (Black Hole) hit the first place in January 95 at Radio B92's Chart. His first live act was in March 1995 in Belgrade's famous club Industria. This halfhour act was played at YU Radio the month after. In June 95 Wolfgang S released his material and this was the first Yugoslav techno release (but only on MC), named Uticaj Svemira (Space Influence), published by ITV MM (now ITMM). Soon after that Vukan's first video (for "Black Hole") was done. Till the end of the year 1995 he had numerous gigs in Novi Sad, Nis and Belgrade and his tracks were broadcasted on several radio stations. Wolfgang S played live on TV (3K) in February 96 and radio (B92) in September 96, for the first time in YU. In October 96 his track Fancy Street held the first place for few weeks on Radio Studio B's Chart "Diskomer". His song Magla (Fog) hit the first place on Radio B92 in November 96, and in January 1997 this track was declared as "Demo Of The Month" in British magazine Future Music (52nd issue). Also, this track appeared on FM CD in 23,000 copies.

Vukan produced the first deep house remix of one Yugoslav commercial song - ... Da pricamo o! by Bebi Dol, in February 97. His singles I Want You, Disko Masina (Disko Machine), Polako (Easy)... hit the first places on Radio B92 and radio Studio B in year of 1997. Then, at the beginning of 98, Vukan's track Podzemni Prolaz (Underground Passage) appeared on another Future Music CD (January, No. 65). His famous track Magla (Fog) was released on the first Yugoslav electronic music CD release - Artefact#one compilation.

At the beginning, in 1994, the dominating styles in his work are Trance and Techno. Acid house and pure house took part in his music in 1996, and since 1997, he produces disco house tracks. From the beginning till now he makes ambient-jazz-techno tracks as well.
